Section 3
Without prejudice to what is written in a separate law
(1) Regarding the procedure written in the law made separately for the subject matter, it shall be in accordance with the same law and the provisions of this Code shall not have any effect on such subject.
(2) Regarding the procedures not written in the law according to sub-section (1), it will be as written in this code.
